- Handling member plan maintenance on GPAS
- Monitoring a general shared mailbox for emails received from both internal business partners and external financial institutions
- Data entry and handling of tasks in Workflow System
- Updating digital reporting and entering key information into system
- Timely processing and distribution of incoming mail
- Mail preparation responsibilities - opening, date stamping and prepping for scanning.
- Depositing cheques on system
- Submitting file requests and scanning to shared files
- Preparation of material to be mailed out to members and clients
- Processing and distribution of various ad-hoc confirmation statements and letters
- Completing ad hoc tasks, as required
- Previous experience working in an environment that manages high volumes, multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a proven sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Ability to work comfortably with Microsoft products (i.e. Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of investment/retirement arrangements and/or business processes within GRS would be an asset
- Experience with the GPAS and system would be an asset
- Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the
