- Produce, assemble, finish, and package products according to established production standards.
- Operate a variety of production machinery, equipment, and hand tools.
- Work in a clean, safe, and organized manner while following all Health and Safety procedures.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and verify that machine guards and safety controls are in place.
- Read and interpret work instructions and measurements to ensure product accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free workstation throughout the shift.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Meet assigned goals and timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and remain reliable throughout the workweek.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and communicate job-related information, including safety instructions, work orders, and production requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret imperial measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good decision-making and multitasking skills.
- Experience using metal or wood fabrication equipment and hand tools is an asset.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
