Manager, Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting - One Year ContractAbout the Opportunity
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance metrics.
  • Provide variance analysis, trend insights, and financial recommendations to leadership.
  • Automate and streamline reporting and budgeting processes for efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Partner with senior management to develop business cases and financial strategies.
  • Oversee risk management procedures and ensure policy compliance.
  • Mentor and lead a team, supporting professional development and performance.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Adaptive Planning).
  • Proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
