- Develop and execute program plans, coordinate project activities, manage program risks and issues, and ensure that the program is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within RBCIS organization (client solutions, client experience, operations, T&O, etc.).
- Planning and monitoring program progress to ensure that delivery timelines, quality standards and goals are achieved.
- Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.
- The Program Manager will work closely with project managers, functional managers, and senior leadership to align program goals with organizational strategy and to drive program success.
- Provide regular program status reports to stakeholders, including progress against the plan, risks and issues, and any changes to scope or schedule.
- Own initiatives as a “CEO” with utmost level of accountability
- Bachelor’s degree
- Capacity to distill complex and broad information into bit-sized points for senior management (will need to showcase proof at the interview)
- Enterprise awareness - be comfortable communicating with various stakeholders on an on-going basis
- 3-4 years of experience of program management and/or project management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivation (the role requires acting without being told) and passion for taking ownership
- Own initiatives as a “CEO” with utmost level of accountability
- Develop and maintain a program plan that includes the scope, goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget of the program.
- Coordinate the activities of multiple teams and stakeholders involved in the program, ensuring that they are aligned with the program's goals and objectives.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
