Hours: Mon–Fri | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PMOverview"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support grant program administration, including funding assessments, reporting, stakeholder support, and policy coordination in a structured, compliance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Assess grant eligibility, review applications, and ensure compliance with policies
- Provide support to stakeholders and assist with online systems and agreements
- Perform data entry, tracking, reporting, and financial/program analysis
- Monitor inquiries, resolve issues, and support complaint handling
- Develop and improve policies, procedures, and program processes
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support decision-making
- Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation
- Support team operations, training, and coordination activities
- Experience in administration, grants, or program support
- Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
- Experience with databases/online systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret policies and manage multiple priorities
- Public sector or grant program experience
- Experience with compliance, reporting, or system/process improvements
