- Oversee contract negotiations and administration to secure favourable terms.
- Develop and execute tendering processes to meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Monitor vendor performance and enforce compliance with contractual agreements.
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to streamline procurement workflows and reporting.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and materials handling.
- Ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice on procurement best practices and strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and contracts management.
- Proficiency in ERP solutions and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and vendor management.
- Familiarity with tools like Coupa and 3M systems.
- Ability to analyze pricing structures and manage materials handling.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
- A recognized procurement designation is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
