Our client is seeking a VIP Personal Lines Account Assistant to join their Calgary office. This role provides day to day administrative and servicing support to a team of Account Managers and Account Executives who manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including VIP and high net worth accounts. You will assist with renewals, policy changes, documentation, and general account maintenance to ensure files are handled accurately and efficiently.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their insurance career who is looking to build technical knowledge and grow into a more senior role over time.The Employer

You are highly organized, detail oriented, and enjoy supporting a busy team environment. You are comfortable handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with the servicing of personal lines accounts. You are looking for a role where you can learn, develop, and gain exposure to more complex and VIP client portfolios over time.Necessary Qualifications Include
- Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance License
- 1–2+ years of personal lines or insurance related experience
- Experience supporting renewals, policy changes, or account administration
- Familiarity with personal lines products such as auto, home, and recreational policies
- Proficiency with broker management systems such as EPIC and insurer portals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Opportunity to support a well-established personal lines team
- Exposure to VIP and high net worth accounts through team support
- Ongoing training and mentorship with a clear path for growth
