- Sell equipment and product lines distributed by the company;
- Promote the company's products and services;
- Meet with customers to assess their equipment needs and understand their projects;
- Presents to customers the selling price, terms and conditions of the sales contract, warranties, delivery terms and dates, credit possibilities;
- Drafts sales contracts for approval by the relevant Operations Manager;
- Reports on daily and/or weekly activities;
- Communicates with customers after the sale (after-sales follow-up);
- Ensures up-to-date information on new products and projects;
- Perform after-sales service; courtesy calls and visits;
- Keep up to date on new products and the status of new projects for these customers;
- Comply with current health and safety regulations;
- college degree in business administration or marketing;
- Minimum of 5 years in heavy equipment sales;
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong sales and customer service skills;
- Leadership, resourcefulness, organization, autonomy and ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to master computer tools;
- Bilingualism an asset.
