- Solution architecture and organizational adoption – act as a technical leader who can shape help shape digital solutions and instill a high-velocity development culture across the organization
- Maintenance and enhancements of existing automation solutions – learn existing in-house digital solutions and products, formerly developed by technical teams and contractors. Take technical ownership for the systems and provide maintenance and support.
- Design, develop and deploy integrated automation solutions that connect and streamline processes across core business tools
- Take technical ownership of existing systems and solutions – evaluating architecture, addressing gaps, and evolving them into scalable, maintainable, and well-governed platforms
- Orchestrate AI driven workflows that gather data, analyze trends, and produce business outputs with traceability
- Deliver rapid, functional Proofs of Concept (POCs) within short 2‑ or 3‑week cycles – then mature the highest‑value prototypes into stable, maintainable outputs
- Act as a trusted technical partner, translating business needs and operational pain points into actionable solutions
- Serve as the technical liaison for internal teams and third‑party developers – providing architectural guidance that supports scalable, sustainable systems
‑on experience demonstrating strong capability in systems, automation, or integration * 3 to 6 years of experience in software development or product management. Within this, 1-3 years of designing, building, and maintaining automation or digital workflow solutions including integrations, CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts or otherwise.
- Proficiency with modern development languages such as Python and JavaScript, including experience with frameworks and runtime environments like React and Node.js
- Experience using GitHub for source control, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new languages, frameworks, and tools
- Practical experience working with APIs, system integrations, and cloud‑based business platforms (for example, CRM and collaboration systems)
- Experience with modern AI‑assisted development tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot) along with hands‑on use of AI tools (LLMs, agent development, API to Agentic Frameworks) to incorporate intelligent capabilities into digital solutions
- Business acumen – an understanding of business concepts that will enable you to navigate conversations effectively and identify streamlining opportunities
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and practical solution designs
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills – able to quickly understand existing processes and identify clear improvement opportunities
- A continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on using automation, data, and AI to streamline operations and remove friction
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing maintainable, scalable, and high‑quality technical solution
- Strong communication skills – able to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Identify and solve high‑impact “micro‑problems” within the first six months – driving measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and team output
- A self‑directed, curious, and proactive working style – comfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment while staying aligned with team goal
