Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our client's team based in Toronto, ON. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.   • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full incident management lifecycle-logging, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving incidents efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during major incidents; lead coordination across technical and business teams
  • Act as the focal point for incident escalation and communication with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Lead and facilitate bridge calls during major incidents to ensure swift resolution
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and develop preventive strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve incidents in compliance with SLAs
  • Track, monitor, and report on incident metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for process enhancement
  • Continuously improve incident response protocols and standards
  • Provide advanced-level product support and analysis for internal teams and external service partners
  • Participate in internal projects focused on improving support delivery and incident handling
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in incident management, ideally within the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of incident management protocols and ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation certification preferred)
  • Proficiency with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure with multiple stakeholders involved
  • Proven track record of time management and task prioritization in fast-paced environments
