Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that influence key business decisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Job Title: Senior Finance AnalystLocation: Mississauga, ONPay Range: $50 - $60 per hour (based on experience)Shift: Day shift , 7.5 hrs work day (Mon-Thurs from office, Fri-Remote)What's the Job?

Support quarterly forecasting and tracking of P&L lines to budget, providing accurate financial insights.
Assist in the implementation of TPM 2.0 project, supporting sales force initiatives.
Participate in month-end close activities, reviewing P&L statements for accuracy and completeness.
Track actual versus forecasted trade spend and update leadership on quarterly promotional deal analysis.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and liaise with internal and external auditors to maintain financial integrity.

What's Needed?

CPA designation or equivalent accounting certification.
Full understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet management.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience with financial systems such as Sales Force, Oracle Fusion, or HPT is a plus.
