You'll:Engage with the public compassionately, especially individuals from vulnerable sectors, showing empathy and respect in every interaction * Work in the heart of Dowtown Toronto across different parking facilitiesDe-escalate conflicts calmly using sound judgment, communication, and situational awarenessAct as a first responder, providing immediate support in medical or crisis situations until emergency services arrivePatrol parking environments - including lots, stairwells, and exteriors - to maintain a visible and reassuring presenceMonitor alarms and surveillance systems, ensuring equipment is functional and incidents are addressed promptlyDeliver professional customer service, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concernsDocument incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as requiredEvery day brings new challenges - and new chances to make a difference.What you bring

Authorization to work in Canada
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification - WSIB approved
Ability to stand and patrol for 12-hour shifts
Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols in extreme weather conditions
Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population
Police Foundations diploma or previous police/military experience (strong asset)
Availability of night shifts throughout the week (Must be available for Full-Time 12 hour continental shifts, Mon to Sun 7:00PM - 7:00AM)
