This role oversees the full P&L, drives strategic growth initiatives, ensures operational excellence, and fosters strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The position requires a dynamic leader who can balance business objectives with safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.What You'll Do:
- Provide a safe and healthy work environment by implementing EHS standards and improvements.
- Full P&L accountability for FloChem, including revenue, contribution margin, and EBITDA.
- Manage balance sheet performance through working capital targets.
- Collaborate on CAPEX allocation and prioritization.
- Execute sales strategies and growth initiatives; build and maintain key customer and supplier relationships.
- Support sales team development through impactful territory plans and performance leadership.
- Leverage CRM and sales effectiveness tools to optimize growth and operational performance.
- Monitor headcount, expenditures, asset utilization, and inventory to meet financial objectives.
- Ensure effective management of functional areas: Supply Chain, Product Management, Operations, Industry Management, and Customer Service.
- Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees, including plant operations.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in commercial or operational leadership.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of chemical distribution operations and industry regulations.
- Proficiency with technology tools (CRM systems, sales effectiveness programs).
- Ability to travel up to 25% and manage complex operational challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
The annual expected salary range for this position is $160,000 to 225,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.What We Offer:
