You will ensure that customer needs are met by collaborating with our suppliers and internal sales team.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • You will be responsible for managing the coordination of repair mandates from start to end, ensuring that client expectations are met. This would include things such as issuing return authorizations, contacting customers if a repair is received without paperwork, ensuring that the repair be entered in all systems, transferring customers’ expectations to the supplier with a specific request date for evaluation and reaching out if an item is delayed by an unforeseen hurdle.
  • Working in collaboration with the sales team, you will ensure the quote is a win-win for Laurentide and the customer, while maximizing profitability.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration and/or customer service.
  • Previous experience working in a technical environment an asset.
  • DEC in administration an asset.
  • Communication skills, written and verbal, in French
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset
  • Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good ability to manage pressure and stress.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer requests and problem solve.
  • Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously.
