Lead and manage the warehouse operations team, including hiring, training, coaching, and
performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes for order picking, packing, shipping,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of warehouse operations with
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize
- Oversee the accuracy of inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments and deliveries.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners to ensure smooth
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to facilitate efficient movement of products.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and
