Leo loves to learn and be around people he trusts. Once he lets you into his bubble, he is a very loving and affectionate kid. He is very excitable, energetic, loves creative play, loves playing games, colouring and being outdoors. He can be particular about his things but if his routine is respected than he is a happy kid. Leo was diagnosed high functioning autism and is borderline gifted. He is very sweet and loving however can be highly emotional and requires someone with patience to go through his emotions and explain things. We are working with a psychoeductor to help with his emotions and looking for someone to be open to learning things that work for our son. One of Leo's greatest challenges is transitioning from one activity to the next but with patience he will cooperate! We are looking for someone to help with daycare pick ups 1-2X/week from April/May until August/September (possibly longer than that depending on our need at that point).
