- 3–5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management.
- Background in construction, landscaping, or infrastructure (highly preferred).
- Confidence with consultative selling, value selling, and negotiating at C-level.
- Strong CRM user (HubSpot proficiency is a plus).
- Based in Greater Toronto Area with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
- Comfortable working independently, staying objective in high-pressure environments, and handling rejection with resilience.
- Consultative strength: Able to ask tough questions and uncover compelling reasons to buy.
- Hunting mindset: Proactive in prospecting, confident in reaching decision-makers, and capable of maintaining a full pipeline.
- Sales DNA: Not needing approval, staying in the moment, and pushing past surface objections.
- CRM and tech fluency: Able to document, manage, and analyze sales activities digitally with consistency.
- Negotiation savvy: Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and win-win outcomes.
