Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Swing Reach / Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Swing Reach / Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Swing Reach / Reach Truck Operator - Afternoon ShiftLocation: Mississauga, ONShift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to FridayWhat's the Job?

Operate Swing Reach and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment
Assist with dock stocking and inventory management to ensure smooth operations
Follow safety protocols, including fall protection and proper handling in freezer environments
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and equipment usage
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

What's Needed?

Experience with dock stocking, fall protection, and double walkie operations
Previous experience working in freezer or cold storage environments
Strong attention to safety and compliance standards
Ability to work the afternoon shift (2 PM - 11 PM)
Licensed Swing Reach operator preferred; training available for those without certification
