  • Provide friendly and professional customer service both in-person and over the phone.
  • Operate embroidery machines.
  • Follow instructions accurately and take detailed notes during training.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
  • Assist with order intake, tracking, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and embroidery equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Prior embroidery machine experience is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
