
Talent Coordinator

- Coordinate job postings, pre-screens, and interviews for corporate and technical roles.
- Support onboarding, including background checks and reference verifications.
- Maintain employee records and payroll data in Workday.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to build talent pipelines.
- Manage benefits updates and liaise with vendors.
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries.
- Conduct data audits and generate internal reports.
- Assist with payroll updates and employment letters.
- 1-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (recent grads welcome).
- Proficient in Workday and familiar with ATS/HRMS platforms.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with background checks and pre-hiring tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
