Job Description:We're hiring a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator in Edmonton to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management in a fast-paced environment within the utilities and infrastructure sector.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job postings, pre-screens, and interviews for corporate and technical roles.
  • Support onboarding, including background checks and reference verifications.
  • Maintain employee records and payroll data in Workday.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to build talent pipelines.
  • Manage benefits updates and liaise with vendors.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Respond to candidate and employee inquiries.
  • Conduct data audits and generate internal reports.
  • Assist with payroll updates and employment letters.
Requirements:Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of HR or recruitment experience (recent grads welcome).
  • Proficient in Workday and familiar with ATS/HRMS platforms.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with background checks and pre-hiring tasks.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
