You will drive the evolution and extensibility of the platform that includes services & components that can be used by all businesses powered by Loblaw Digital. Your team will ship products, features and experiences that offer millions of Canadians a delightfully simple, personalized and convenient shopping experience.What You’ll Do:Oversee a critical suite of platform services and the experiences they enable, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to define and shape their future.Your leadership will be pivotal in developing a compelling product vision, expertly translating complex customer needs and business objectives into a clear, actionable, and inspiring product strategy.Working hand-in-hand with your talented team of Product Managers and cross-functional partners, you will transform this strategic vision into an impactful roadmap, ensuring the consistent delivery of significant value to our customers.You will develop strong partnerships across various teams, driving the efficient and scalable deployment of innovative capabilities across our e-commerce businesses. Furthermore, you will skillfully orchestrate all planning processes, guaranteeing a seamless transition from strategic intent to flawless execution, all while upholding a superior customer experience.You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, actively collaborating with cross-functional partners to refine our ways of working, ensuring both internal clients and our valued customers can fully harness the capabilities of our platform.Your exceptional communication skills will be key to keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged, fostering true collaboration and seamlessly integrating diverse functional expertise to achieve our shared goals.What You’ll Bring:Proven hands-on leadership in the end-to-end creation and development of products, services, and experiences that deliver significant customer value within fast-growing or established technology companies.Demonstrated ability to define, articulate, and align teams around a compelling, data-driven product vision that directly supports organizational goals and customer expectations.A strong track record of effectively balancing long-term strategic vision and planning with pragmatic day-to-day execution, ensuring the consistent and timely delivery of value.Demonstrated success in evolving overall product management practices, fostering high-performing teams, and driving outcomes- and metrics-driven results.You excel at driving collaborative success within large, cross-functional teams tackling complex challenges.Adept at navigating matrix organizations, building strong relationships with partners and senior stakeholders, and establishing frameworks for strategic trade-off analysis amidst competing requests and priorities.Proficiency across various software development frameworks, demonstrating agility and adaptability in adopting new processes to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.A strong bias for action, coupled with the ability to cultivate a culture of speed, curiosity, and experimentation.Experience building complex platform projects, particularly within retail or e-commerce environments, will be considered a significant asset.Note: This role is hybrid - 4 days in office and 1 day remote.How You’ll Succeed:At Loblaw Digital, we seek great people to continually strengthen our culture.
