- On camera regularly appearing in Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other video content
- Telling real stories from real customers, dealerships, and road trips
- Working in an environment that lives and breathes camping, hiking, fishing, and RVing
- Plan, shoot, and edit original photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Write compelling copy and captions that reflect our brand voice and drive engagement
- Be on camera frequently, bringing our brand to life through short-form videos and storytelling
- Source stories from dealerships, rentals, and customers to build connection
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, seasons, and outdoor lifestyle moments
- Support campaigns with influencer partnerships, giveaways, and organic + paid social
- Monitor platform trends and test new formats to keep content fresh and effective
- Respond to comments, DMs, and questions in a timely, brand-right voice
- Proactively engage with followers, RVers, outdoor enthusiasts, and partner brands to grow our community
- Track social KPIs: growth, reach, engagement, and conversion
- Report on monthly performance and suggest optimizations
- Use tools like Brand 24, Meta Suite, and Hootsuite to analyze results and stay ahead
- A genuine love for the outdoors like camping, hiking, road-tripping, or fishing
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing
- On-camera confidence and storytelling ability (you’ll be front and center!)
- Strong grasp of social media trends, algorithms, and community-building tactics
- Strong photography and video editing skills for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
- Familiarity with scheduling/reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Brand24, Hootsuite)
- Excellent writing, planning, and time management skills
- A full-time, in-house position with a fun, adventurous brand
- Base salary: $54,000–$60,000/year
