If you have the skills to face challenges head-on and want the freedom to achieve personal and professional success, this may be the role for you!ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Support outbound and inbound phone calls for multiple stores.· Book sales appointments to maximize each sale's department availability to sell· Follow up on sales leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit· Provide customers a positive experience through excellent service.· Successfully achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals established by the BDC Manager· Maintain knowledge of all sales product offerings· Working in a process-driven work environment with multiple software applications.· Working with CRM Systems and updating the customer database.· Capture and update customer contact information as per establish guidelines· Respond to all email, voicemail and text messages as required· Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report and forward any escalations/accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.· Collaborate with team members to support customer demands· Other duties assigned by BDC ManagerDilawri Group of Companies is not only a leader in the automotive industry, but also a leader in the communities it serves, having established The Dilawri Foundation in 2002.
