- Support proposal development with cost and schedule inputs.
- Monitor and analyze cost and schedule performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide strategic insights into profit recognition and cost optimization opportunities.
- Translate estimates into control structures using Work Breakdown and Coding Systems.
- Manage critical path schedules and assess float to identify potential delays.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop strategies and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Lead cost management, planning/scheduling, progress tracking, and change control functions.
- Design and implement comprehensive project controls frameworks tailored to project needs.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in project controls, with a record in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of project controls software including Primavera P6, SAP, and other cost/change/progress management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cost or planning functions on large-scale projects or manage controls teams on mid-sized initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and project governance standards.
