
HR Business Partner / Senior HRBP

- Organise and manage the new starter experience for assigned business units including contracts of employment and project site assignment letters
- Provide advice and support on grievance and disciplinary investigations
- Provide advice and guidance on effective performance management, career development and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide advice and support on any people matters that encompass employee experience and ensure leaders are guided on best practice people management strategies
- Assist with immigration and visa submission letters and applications for expatriates on secondment with the global mobility team
- Engage in the recruitment of talent for assigned business units and assist in the creation of position descriptions
- University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution
- 6-8+ years' experience in an HRBP role within related industries
- Considerable experience providing HR advice to senior leaders in a business
- Experience utilising HRIS platforms would be ideal
