- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals.
- Oversee all daily HR operations and provide regular performance feedback and coaching
- Design and implement HR policies, initiatives, and compliance programs.
- Lead employee and labour relations matters, including collective agreement interpretation, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, leaves, investigations, performance management and talent development.
- Identify staffing needs and develop best practices for talent acquisition and retention.
- HRIS System Implementation
- Stay current with HR trends, technologies, and legal changes—translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- CPHR designation (required)
- 10+ years in HR roles with a combination of leadership experience
- Strong labour relations background, including union negotiations
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational leadership skills
- Able to work fully in the office
