Join us!Job DescriptionReconcile Canada Branch Nostro accounts, aging transactions, certification of account balances, preparing swift messages and other PNL, funding reports, and preparing daily/monthly reports including adhoc requests.ResponsibilitiesPrepare the daily P&L and Due From Limit reportsPrepare and investigate the daily GFX variances and balancing reportsHandle the daily bank account reconciliationEnsure assigned online support cases are completedInvestigate and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner, adhering to policies and proceduresCertify accounts on Frontier monthlyPrepare monthly Revenue Payback and FATCA remittanceEnsure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and external customersPrioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are metIdentify and implement process improvementsProvide support to other departments and traders on reconciliation-related inquiriesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsWorking knowledge of the AS400 system an assetAccounting background requiredExperience in bank account reconciliationCommitment to teamworkSolid computer skills including Excel and strong analytical skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision; team playerAbility to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated working knowledge of processes and proceduresExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAvailability to work shifts and statutory holidays if requiredWhat Bank of America OffersBank of America embodies a culture that extends from how we think, to how we behave, and to how we measure performance.
