- Define, plan and drive project plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain program schedules by considering various components such as equipment availability, SW/FW schedules, and adjacent validation schedules
- Be hands-on to analyze, assign, and track detailed project tasks. Track performance against the plan of record to proactively resolve critical issues to maintain schedule.
- Work effectively with stakeholders outside of the CSE organization including external vendors to ensure deliverables meet or exceed requirements.
- Effectively manage incoming issue tickets and work with cross functional teams and internal teams to prioritize and help drive issues to resolution with all stakeholders
- Proven Program Management experience in a dynamic and competitive industry requiring large-scale integration of varying components, particularly within SW/HW or semiconductor engineering based organizations.
- Good understanding of requirements management, documentation management, and defect management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to fluidly participate in emergent conversations with stakeholders, and to create and evolve action plans.
- Analytical, self-motivated, organized, detailed-oriented and results-oriented.
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment and competing priorities and tight turnaround times.
- Engineering background preferred. 10+ years industry experience preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and low-level toolchains is an asset.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI and Excel is an asset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
