This is a full-time role with a growing firm that values precision, professionalism, and long-term team members.What you’ll be doing:Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and full estimates for ICI tendersReview drawings, specs, and tender requirementsCoordinate and compare pricing from subtrades and suppliersIdentify scope gaps and potential risks in bid packagesSupport bid closings and contribute to project handoff meetingsWhat you bring:5+ years of estimating experience in ICI constructionStrong knowledge of takeoff and pricing practicesFamiliarity with CCDC contracts and public-sector tenderingProficient with Excel and estimating software (Planswift, Procore Estimating, etc.)Diploma or degree in a construction-related field preferred
