- Preps, cooks and serves made to order items on the grill
- Uses grille, fryers, and ovens
- Ability to prepare cooked fruit
- Ability to prepare egg based dishes including process ingredients and finishing
- Process cheese, dairy and plant-based dairy alternative ingredients
- Prepares pastas and noodles
- Make decision on selecting, cooking, and finishing poultry dishes
- Prepare Seafood
- Prepares snacks and other finger foods
- Prepares batter based products
- Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
- Assists with culinary auditing, temperature checking of food items within kitchen, stations, fridge's and freezers
- Ensure adherence to Aramark's Policies and Procedures
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to execute all duties under Food Service Worker Classification
- 1-2 years Culinary experience required
- Valid WHMIS, Food Safe Advanced Certification, First Aid Certification considered an asset
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently, supervised and unsupervised
- Must be able to lift, push, pull min. 35 lbs
