Job OpportunityMental Health Case Manager - Flexible SupportsOne .7 FTE (24.5 hours per week) Contract position to March 2028 (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)
- Location: Aurora, Ontario L4G3S9
- must be within a commutable daily distance from the office and/or service area
- Status: Contract, Part-Time
- Starting Hourly Rate: $32.13 / Hour
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 24.5 Hours per week
- Office Expectations; Work in the office to provide team coverage, minimum once per month in addition to in-office meetings, trainings, and supervisions

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related discipline (i.e. Health Sciences)
- Experience;
- Minimum 3 years related experience in social services with adults who have a serious mental illness, dual diagnosis, developmental disability, or addictions
- Broad experience with individual, family, and systems advocacy, supportive counseling, crisis prevention and intervention experience
- Experience in providing support around housing and/or homelessness
- Sound understanding of the population and relevant legislation
- Second language is considered an asset
- An understanding of cultural diversity is considered an asset
- The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards
- A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance coverage for business responsibilities, OR access to reliable transportation.
