As a Recruiter at Aplin, you will play a key role in delivering top talent across office professionals, accounting, HR and finance disciplines while partnering closely with Account Managers and clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for office professional, accounting, HR and finance roles
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates to understand career goals and market trends
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver on searches efficiently
- Stay up to date on market trends
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or related customer service role.
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with candidates and build trust quickly
- Self-Starter: Proactive and driven-comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and engage

- Qualifications: University degree or diploma preferred
