The Role - Recruitment Consultant (Edmonton)
As a Recruiter at Aplin, you will play a key role in delivering top talent across office professionals, accounting, HR and finance disciplines while partnering closely with Account Managers and clients.Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for office professional, accounting, HR and finance roles
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Develop long-term relationships with candidates to understand career goals and market trends
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver on searches efficiently
Stay up to date on market trends

What We Look For

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or related customer service role.
Relationship Builder: Strong ability to connect with candidates and build trust quickly
Self-Starter: Proactive and driven-comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and engage

Qualifications: University degree or diploma preferred
