The PA Representative will communicate Southlake's Preferred Accommodation program as well as ensure that all the required documentation and financial information is complete.Skills & Abilities
A minimum of two years recent experience in a customer service role with demonstrated computer proficiency (face-to-face experience required)
Previous experience dealing with patients
Hospital and health care facility experience
Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to pay close attention to details
Must be flexible
Must be willing to work required shifts
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Highly creative and innovative problem solving and solution oriented skills
Outstanding customer service skills, strong influencing, investigative and soft selling abilities
