- Balance cash, cheque, EFT, Wire, DEFT and credit card payments for all business units, and creating applicable reports.
- Prepare and deposit cheques into bank using RCD machine daily, creating and posting AR batches.
- Perform day end closing procedures by balancing the till and POS machines, selecting daily pick tickets, and reconciling all cash sales.
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, manage payment schedules, and assist with accounts receivable tasks such as tracking outstanding customer payments, sending reminders for overdue balances, and addressing payment inquiries.
- Provide professional customer support by providing timely invoice copies, resolving customer account questions, taking customer payments and updating accounts.
- Drive to the bank to make cash deposits, retrieves coin or bills to replenish register, performs any banking or other tasks requested by leader on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Process dealer tickets, applies payments received from dealers to customer accounts, processes dealer commissions, onboards new dealers, develops dealer relations, scanning dealer tickets, printing statements, and communicates with dealers on invoicing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records by ensuring all financial documentation is stored securely, organized systematically, and easily accessible for future reference or audits.
- Support office team with projects and other duties as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of Accounting Clerk experience or experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is an asset.
- The ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- A valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's license in good standing.
