- You'll be creating great value as you bring your expertise in identifying parts and services that can be upgraded/repaired to prolong the life of the customers' existing fleet vehicles.,
- You'll specifically take care of sales and services to existing transit agencies in your portfolio, but also ensure proactive engagement with potential new clients.,
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within your customer portfolio.,
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and services they have received.,
- Obtaining revenue intake targets and customer satisfaction levels.,
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with transit agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other related fields.,
- 7 years of experience in rail or other related businesses, or the project engineering industry.,
- Knowledge of connections with transport agencies is preferred.,
- Familiarity with sales and customer service best practices.,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.,
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
