Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Process purchase orders and confirm pricing against quotes
Enter and manage production, stocking, and release dockets
Review finished goods and issue pick slips
Ensure samples and blueprints are included with production dockets
Support Sales Representatives with RFQs and historical order information
Maintain inventory levels based on customer forecast reports
Communicate order changes, delivery updates, and stock availability
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
Maintain filing systems, including dockets and samples
Provide occasional reception coverage
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:When your expertise drives us:
High School Diploma (Grade 12)
Computer application training preferred
2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a customer-first attitude
