  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Process purchase orders and confirm pricing against quotes
  • Enter and manage production, stocking, and release dockets
  • Review finished goods and issue pick slips
  • Ensure samples and blueprints are included with production dockets
  • Support Sales Representatives with RFQs and historical order information
  • Maintain inventory levels based on customer forecast reports
  • Communicate order changes, delivery updates, and stock availability
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
  • Maintain filing systems, including dockets and samples
  • Provide occasional reception coverage
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:When your expertise drives us:
  • High School Diploma (Grade 12)
  • Computer application training preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a customer-first attitude
