The Project Executive will lead a team of construction project managers and building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a keen understanding of the design build construction industry.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor project managers and their project teams to ensure efficiency and collaboration.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Expertise in construction project management within the design build general contracting industry for ground up light industrial builds valued between $10M and $80M in scope.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
A strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
