- Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor project managers and their project teams to ensure efficiency and collaboration.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Expertise in construction project management within the design build general contracting industry for ground up light industrial builds valued between $10M and $80M in scope.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- A strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
