We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities:Ensures all systems are periodically reviewed and updated to the latest SW versions.Provides technical support pointing to reduce first response time and case resolution times.Maintains support cases updated, reporting findings and solutions to inform and allow learning from the solutions provided.Maintain regular and effective communication with Global Support Management regarding technical issues to resolve customer needs adequately.Secure System Analysts and Remote Support Specialists have the information and resources to evaluate, maintain, and supervise systems' performance daily.Ensure the implementation of Motion Metrics corporate technical authority guidelines, reporting results, and collaborating with the Global Development and Support & Service Teams.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Leader with experience in multidisciplinary technical teams.Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support roles.Knowledgeable in Services Configuration, command line, Linux and Windows OS.Possess excellent time management skills and be results-driven.Weir Motion Metrics (WMM) is a Canadian mining technology division that enables a new generation of safe, smart, and sustainable mining based in Vancouver, B.C.
