Duration: 12 Months Primary: (BASEL regulatory reporting, Capital Markets, Finance Systems, US Regulatory Reporting,)IntroductionJoin a dynamic team as a Systems Analyst where you will play a crucial role in conducting requirements gathering sessions and other business analysis activities for medium to large size project initiatives. This role involves working closely with a large diverse set of Product Controllers and Finance Controllers, providing high-level deliverable plans, and detailing major tasks related to Capital Market Products.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Technology or Business
- 5-7 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis
- Good Capital Markets product knowledge, particularly derivatives
- Proven Data Analysis experience and project delivery in the financial services industry
- Prior work experience in a similar industry
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Management
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with data flow diagrams, business and system context diagrams
- Conduct requirements gathering and solution design for change requests and major programs
- Analyze existing data models and correlate business requirements to gaps in data models
- Lead and facilitate collaborative sessions with business stakeholders
- Perform data analysis and reverse engineering to assess current and future states
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper execution of requirements
- Provide hands-on support during various cycles of testing
- Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements
