
Appliance Sales Professional (permanent, full-time)

- Generate sales through in-store, phone, and email interactions with customers
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection based on their needs
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present and recommend appliances
- Accurately enter and process customer orders using ePASS system
- Prepare quotes, confirm pricing, availability, and applicable rebates
- Participate in vendor training, product knowledge sessions, and merchandising activities
- Handle customer payments, deposits, and process cash sales when required
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer communications and transactions
- Follow up on customer quotes and inquiries to support the full sales cycle
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows, events, and open houses when required
- Collaborate with store managers and team members to support store sales objectives
- Provide after-sales support and help resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and competitor offerings
- Experience in retail sales preferred (appliance or home product experience is an asset)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and CRM/order entry systems
- Capable of explaining technical product features and benefits to a wide range of customers
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
- Able to travel occasionally for sales events or training
