We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher based in Toronto or Ottawa for our client, a public sector not-for-profit. This 6 month, full time contract will be working on exciting healthcare related projects.If you are passionate about improving user experiences through data-driven research, we’d love you to join our client to help shape the future of digital health tools.What You'll DoLead user research for new digital health data products.Plan and conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and UX workshops.Analyze qualitative & quantitative data to deliver actionable insights.Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to improve product usability.Create personas, journey maps, and usability reports that inform design decisions.Help refine UX research practices and contribute to our design standards.What We're Looking For7+ years of UX research experience, ideally with digital products or data visualizations.Strong knowledge of user testing methodologies and usability evaluation.Experience with research tools like Hotjar, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, or similar.Skilled in analyzing both qualitative & quantitative data.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.A collaborative, self-driven mindset and ability to thrive in agile teams.Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required.If you’re looking to work on products that directly impact healthcare tools and dashboards, we’d love to hear from you.
