They are enablers of growth and innovation and they seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help build the future digital landscape of our research and development teams as well as procurement and manufacturing.Responsibilities:Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and integration to drive continuous improvement.Serves as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levelsPartners with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative wayCommunicates effectively and efficiently with stakeholdersDevelops meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and responds to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendationsCreates and implements project management plans with attention to transparent communication at all levelsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer scienceFive or more years of experience as an IT business analystExperience designing and implementing solutions that align with business needsExperience in reviewing and documenting business processesExperience with data visualizationExperience in electrical engineering and/or manufacturing fields will be considered a strong assetExperience leveraging Force.com platform as well as applications based on this platform will be considered an assetHigh proficiency with requirement gatheringProven analytical abilitiesExcellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong working knowledge of relevant business processes mapping tools and technologiesAbility to translate technical concepts and requirements into business terms and vice versaStrong working knowledge of managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectivelyWhat we offer:A dynamic and inclusive company culture, which you will help evolve over timeSalary based on experienceOccasional remote work possible4 weeks of paid vacationA competitive collective insuranceAttractive career opportunitiesEqual opportunities for all, regardless of gender (m/f/x)Creative and brilliant colleagues#LI-BC1#LI-HYBRID
