- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams responsible for real estate negotiations, acquisitions, and project execution across multiple regions.
- Strong expertise in real estate contract negotiation for land, building leases, and colocation facilities, with a solid understanding of legal, municipal, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage national relationships with landlords, municipalities, ensuring contract efficiency, service quality, and alignment with infrastructure priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with legal, construction, planning, and government entities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, able to oversee multiple, complex projects concurrently while ensuring cost and quality control.
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, with sound business judgment, advanced communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate contract negotiation and administration, including leadership of teams managing land acquisition, leasing, and colocation agreements.
- Strong knowledge of municipal permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes, with the ability to lead due diligence and navigate complex approval environments
- 5+ years experience managing strategic relationships with large Internet Service Providers (ISPs), including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and alignment on infrastructure deployment and colocation initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent judgment and proven decision-making ability.
- Computer literate with fluency in software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel and other database applications.
- Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with colleagues on a national scale.
