Responsibilities:Keysight Global Marketing (KGM) is hiring a Marketing Operations Senior Analyst who will collaborate with team members to integrate data from sources across the sales and marketing pipeline; and consult with internal clients to define, build, and hand-off dashboards and metrics. You will be joining a small, highly visible, analytics and operations team reporting into the CMO.Primary Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve core marketing analytics supporting account performance and sales pipeline health, ensuring data accuracy with clear actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the development of marketing reporting with high visibility across executive leadership, translating performance into clear insights and decision points.
  • Partner cross functionally to define KPIs, create forecasts, and reporting frameworks that directly support KGM priorities and leadership decision-making.
  • Use SQL to integrate and model data across multiple sources to support a multi-touch, multi-contact, account-based customer journey.
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards in Domo, following data visualization and storytelling best practices.
  • Apply data-driven insights to proactively surface risks, opportunities, and trade-offs tied to core business questions.
  • Identify gaps in data quality, processes, and instrumentation, and drive improvements to strengthen reliability across the marketing organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with a fully remote, global team by aligning on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across time zones.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working with B2B marketing, sales, or revenue data in a complex, global organization.
  • Deep understanding of lead-to-account journeys, lead qualification processes, attribution models, and marketing-to-sales pipelines.
  • Strong SQL proficiency, including complex joins, data modeling, and calculated metrics.
  • Experience integrating, aggregating, and reintegrating large datasets to create reliable reporting views.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with shifting priorities and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, own projects end-to-end, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in a remote environment and when partnering with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Domo, or 5+ years with other enterprise BI platforms.
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, or data transformation.
  • Familiarity with project-based analytics environments or workflow tools such as Asana.
  • Experience working with data from Snowflake, Salesforce, Incorta and Eloqua.
