- Assist with the assignment of work to technicians based on priorities, in constant communication with Operations Manager.
- Makes sure a detailed report is issued after all service work;
- Ensure that the schedule is optimized in regards to people power and equipment availability for each work order;
- Manages all equipment warranty issues being accountable for all non-conformance report (NCR) processes related to warranty issues;
- Acts as the business SOP process owner working with both product management and sales to optimize stock;
- With the Operations Manager will ensure appropriate preparation of work orders according to information received from the customer;
- Manage all of the sub-contractors when repairs are executed with third party, ensuring the repairs are carried according to our standards and in the required deadlines;
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
- 3+ years of service coordination/scheduling experience in an industrial setting.
- Business/technical education is beneficial.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safe operating procedures (SOP)
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Intermediate to Excel are required.
- Candidates with SAP experience will be given preference.
