You’ll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers’ needs, including both lending and non-lending products, and help them succeed.You’ll be part of a team that works closely with other departments at FCC. Together, you’ll cultivate long-term partnerships, share knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning, innovation and customer-centricity.If you’re passionate about the agriculture industry, love learning new things and enjoy building meaningful relationships, this could be the role for you.What you’ll bring to the teamRequired qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field
  • Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
  • Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings
  • Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
Preferred qualifications:
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
