Job Description:Robert Half is partnering with a client in search of an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. If you have a passion for numbers, meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a hands-on accounting role, this could be the opportunity for you!Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with general ledger maintenance
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
  • Prepare and file sales tax reports and ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Collaborate with management to provide reporting and analysis of financial data
  • Support the preparation for year-end audits or reviews as requested
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience performing full-cycle bookkeeping
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage complex spreadsheets
  • Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
