
Senior HVAC Installer

- Professionally install HVAC equipment, and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance. –
- Learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
- Create a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, and problem solve to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
- Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
- Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
- Successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

- Completion of a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
- Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license.
- Valid ODP certificate.
- Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License.
- Able to work rotating shifts as required.
- Physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).
