  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management of the housekeeping team.
  • Participate in the onboarding, training, and follow-up of staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an optimal guest experience.
  • Follow internal procedures and apply the Housekeeper’s directives.

Your profile
  • Previous hotel experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
  • Strong skills in staff management and organization (scheduling, supervision of rooms and common areas).
  • Knowledge of administrative tools (payroll, timesheets, reports, inventory).
  • Leadership, team spirit, and ability to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.
