- Own the performance of your product portfolio
- Profitability (P&L), pricing, positioning, and growth
- Market relevance and competitive positioning
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic vendors
- Lead vendor relationships, negotiations, and escalations
- Represent Sherweb as a credible, senior partner
- Influence vendors to align with our marketplace strategy.
- Drive go-to-market execution
- Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and launches
- Support Sales with pricing decisions, deal strategy, and product expertise
- Help close complex opportunities when needed.
- Continuously improve how products operate internally
- Identify friction, gaps, and inefficiencies
- "Figure it out" when processes don’t work as intended
- Balance short term fixes with longer term improvements.
- Be a cross-functional leader
- Align Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Platform teams
- Lead through influence, clarity, and credibility
- Make decisions - and know when to ask for help.
- 30% Owning vendor relationships & aligning internal teams
- 25% Making products work better (operations, fixes, optimization)
- 20% Shaping product strategy & portfolio direction
- 15% Supporting Sales on pricing, positioning & complex deals
- 10% Presentations, reviews & special initiatives.
- Learn fast and enjoys absorbing complex information
- Highly effective at managing frequent contextswitching across multiple vendor relationships
- Is naturally curious and connects ideas across domains
- Is comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
- Has the confidence to represent the company with senior vendors
- Communicates clearly, directly, and with impact
- Has grit - problems don’t discourage you, they motivate you.
- Experience in Security and/or Business Continuity (backup, DR, cybersecurity, resilience)
- Exposure to Cloud services, MSPs, VARs, or distributors
- Strong asset if you’ve worked in a Cloud marketplace or distribution model
- Financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margins, tradeoffs)
- Native level or fluent English required (spoken and written); French is an asset.

- A base salary ranging between $81,270 and $116,100 yearly
